Mike Rutherford Smallcreeps Day 1980

This is a sepia toned black and white photograph. The paper has been exposed to the negative but instead of putting the print into a developer tray, developer has been splashed and flicked onto the paper with the consequence of only developing where the developer has landed. I then hand tinted the spots and blobs with Photo dye using a Sable brush. A bit painstaking!
