Montrose Jump On It 1976
A sepia toned black and white print. Sepia toning is not always done as a basis for hand tinting, but in this instance, as two thirds of the image is flesh, it offers a good base colour. I masked the knickers with transpaseal and washed in a bright red Photo dye using cotton wool, blotted the excess liquid and dried the print. I masked the legs and washed in a light flesh tone and then airbrushed some shading.
